Patient ServicesOur epilepsy faculty sees patients on referral from other doctors, for second opinions, diagnostic evaluation, and treatment recommendations for all types and severity of epilepsy. We consider the special situations faced by epilepsy patients and can provide input, recommendations regarding management, evaluation and treatment, including new medications, and surgical options for medically uncontrollable seizures. Your First Visit with Us:Prior to scheduling an appointment, our office must receive a referral letter along with recent clinic notes from referring neurologist, MRIs, EEGs, any other testing and/or imaging available, a current list of all medications including antiepileptic drugs and allergies to medications. Please be sure to include patient name, address, contact numbers, and insurance information. Once the above information is received by our office and is reviewed, our scheduling staff will call you to set up an initial consultation. You may contact the office at any time for questions regarding appointments and status at (203) 785-4085. Support for Patients and Families
